When I worked with Gretchen Reeves, Gregg Waylander and Melissa Anderson on the Memory Care Team, Gregg once made the comment, “I feel many people view the word ‘Alzheimer’s’ as a level of severity and we need to educate people that that is not true.”Now, many years later, I cannot begin to tell you how many people are unclear as to the difference between Alzheimer’s and dementia.
