2 gallons apple cider 2 cups fresh orange juice 1 cup white sugar 1 cup lemon juice 1 cup pineapple juice 1 cinnamon stick, broken into pieces 1 teaspoon whole cloves Directions: Stir apple cider, orange juice, sugar, lemon juice, and pineapple juice together in a large pot over mediumlow heat. Place cinnamon and cloves in a tea ball and add to apple cider mixture; simmer until warmed through, about 15 minutes.
55+ driver discount class offered
The Minnesota Highway Safety Center will be offering 55+ Driver Discount 4-Hour Refresher Courses on the following days: -January 19th, 2023, Course #52101 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Kilowatt Community Center, Granite Falls.

North Star Mutual announces promotions
Darik Lyons has been promoted to Vice President of Research and Development. Darik has worked for North Star since November of 2002 and most recently held the position of Department Manager.

Course Completer Abby McNally of North Star Mutual Insurance Company recently completed the requirements to earn the Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) designation. This program assists stau in enhancing customer service skills as it relates to the insurance business. McNally also recently completed the requirements to earn the Associate in Insurance (AINS) designation.
