Buildings mitigated for hazardous materials, no projects yet

It is slowly moving along. There is not a strip mall being built, and there is not a developer set for these lots, yet. Bliss said she has worked on historical roster projects and with the state of these buildings, they are financially and structurally too far gone to renovate. Bliss added that they will all be made site ready for purchase and businesses to be built, there are a few possibilities that she is working with but nothing solid enough yet with which to go public. The next meeting of the Cottonwood EDA will be February 1st, at 5:30 p.m. in the city office.
