The following students have been named to the Minnesota State University Moorhead dean’s list in recognition of academic achievement spring semester 2024.

More than 10,600 Iowa State University students have been recognized for outstanding academic achievement by being named to the spring semester 2024 Dean’s List.

The Lyon County Board of Commissioners at its last meeting approved the purchase of a new patrol pickup for the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.Because the current body style of RAM SSV pickups is antiquated, the existing parts will be of no use if a 2025 vehicle is purchased., Lyon County Sheriff Eric Wallen thought it would be best to be proactive in the pursuit of a new vehicle.

Hunters have through Saturday, June 15, to apply for one of the 10 elk licenses offered this year by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources.
