Adopt a Highway volunteers remove 42,100 bags of trash from highways in 2023
The Minnesota Department of Transportation thanks the thousands of Adopt a Highway volunteers who help us keep Minnesota roadsides clean and free of litter each year and we invite more people to join this important program.During 2023, Adopt a Highway volunteers removed more than 42,100 bags of trash from Minnesota highways and rest areas.

Local century farms honored
Senator Gary Dahms (R ‒ Redwood Falls) today congratulated Minnesota family farms, including the 10 Century Farms in Senate District 15, that have been recognized as CenturyFarms and Sesquicentennial Farms by the Minnesota State Fair and the Minnesota Farm Bureau.

The Plum Creek Library System is partnering with eight other Minnesota Regional Library Systems to present the program TESTIFY: A Conversation, a virtual webinar featuring retired Minnesota Supreme Court Justice Alan Page and his daughter, Georgi Page-Smith.The public is invited to take part in an evening of conversation that centers around the collection of Americana memorabilia acquired by Page and his wife, Diane Sims Page, and curated by Page-Smith.
