Palmer buses now have stop-arm cameras
Palmer Bus Company in Cottonwood announces the addition of a new safety feature for their buses. The company has installed stop-arm cameras on all 15 of their school buses. This was done for all 27 of Palmer sites in Minnesota, according to John Caron, Site Manager in Cottonwood.

Cowell comes to ECHO Charter to help students discover their possibilities
New to the ECHO Charter School teaching staff this year is Travis Cowell who will be serving as the new PBL Coordinator, helping students recover lost credits or study enrichment topics. PBL stands for Project- Based Learning, It is a student-driven approach to digging into subjects that are most interesting to them, such as historical or linguistic research, math concepts, or subjects in English.
