Jon Tollakson, Karter Reents and Dustin Feltman dominate features at Fiesta City Speedway for the Chippewa County Fair
Dominick Platow took the lead to start the Pure Stock feature. Michael Brockman took the lead on lap two. Two laps later, Jason best would take the lead. Ty Schuler took the lead at the halfway point of the race and went on to win his second feature of the season.

Justin Vogel wins Street Stock Tour feature at Fiesta City Speedway
Thirty-three WISSOTA Street Stocks came to Fiesta City Speedway for the Steffes Street Stock Tour. Drivers from the Dakotas, Minnesota and Wisconsin came to qualify for the 20 lap feature.
Wood Lake ball field undergoes improvements
The Wood Lake baseball field recently underwent major improvements. Mayor David Stelter says the improvements came about after the city saw a need for kids to have an improved place to play. “The kids started using the Hanley field. They had so many kids playing softball and baseball - the little guys that they needed another diamond,” Stelter says. “So one of the coaches contacted me and we resurrected the softball diamond Wood Lake - has which is absolutely gorgeous.” n

Cottonwood Cardinals move into American Legion Playoffs
Last week, the Cottonwood Cardinals took on Minneota for a 5-4 loss, before moving into the American Legion Playoffs over the weekend. Thursday night, the playoffs kicked off with the Cardinals taking on Granite Falls. for a 2-5 loss before taking on Morris for a loss on Saturday.
Jon Tollakson wins first Late Model feature at Fiesta City Speedway
Brady Hagen took the lead to start the Pure Stock feature. Tad Peterson took the lead from Hagen on lap three, but Hagen would retake the lead on the very next lap. Cody Hatch would battle side by side with Hagen with two laps to go. Hatch would take over the lead as the field came to take the white flag and went on to get his fourth win of the season.

Jack Koranda Wins Super Stock Special at Fiesta City Speedway
Sixteen WISSOTA Super Stocks came to Fiesta City Speedway the 20 lap, $1000 to win special. Jason Best led the entire Pure Stock feature for his first win at Fiesta City Speedway.
