Coach Ray Pederson (Grandpa Ray) came to school on Wednesday to talk to the students about his stroke and recovery time after he had one before the football game vs LQPV on October 13th. Coach Ray thanked everyone who were there on the football field and were instrumental in getting him to the hospital for surgery in a timely matter. He also said there is no age limit as to who can have a stoke. He is pictured with Broden Stensrud, who had a stroke when he was three years old. Being a part of the MN Stroke Association Broden had the chance to throw out the first pitch at the Twins game when he was five for their strike out stoke event. Pictured with Coach Ray and Broden are Senior Football players Owen Louwagie and Clayton Kosel and Football Coach and Principal Scott Hanson. Photo by Karen Berg
